Dental gold can contain valuable precious metals, even when it looks small, discolored or attached to dental material. Warren Exchange buys dental gold that has already been removed by a licensed dental professional.

Please do not attempt to remove dental work yourself. Once it has been professionally removed and is no longer needed for medical or dental purposes, bring it in as-is. There is no need to clean it.

Do Not Untangle, Repair or Clean It First

You do not need to repair broken clasps, pair earrings, remove stones or spend hours untangling chains. You may accidentally lose a small piece or overlook a valuable mark.
